The 55-gallon rain barrels are recycled, food-grade containers made of polypropylene (a heavy duty plastic), the barrels weigh about 25 lbs and measure 36" H x 23" dia. All of our rain barrels, with the exception of the white and blue barrels, have been carefully painted with 2 to 3 coats of our specially formulated paint.
The flex hose is an essential part of Rain Barrels in Georgia installation procedure. The flex hose is 4 in diameter and can extend up to 55. You can place your barrel up to 55 away from your downspout.One end of the hose fits around the cut end of the downspout and should be secured with screws. The other end fits into our flex hose adapter which fits snuggly into the top of the rain barrel. Our hose and adapter arrangement is secured with a screen which keeps out debris from your roof yet allows rain water to flow freely even in heavy downpours. Flex hoses come in white, green and brown. We suggest you choose the color that closely matches your downspout when possible.

Capture twice the Rainwater. Collect and store 110 Gallons of rain water at a time. Stand comes assembled. Just add two rain barrels and connect them together. The stand has the same footprint as our regular and double height stands. All you need is a 30" space. The tower stands 64" tall. When you add the top rain barrel the total height is approximate 90". The spigot for the top barrel is approximate 60" off the ground. Great for added water pressure. The top barrel fills first and overflows through a overflow valve into the bottom barrel. We simply cut a 6 whole in the top which is large enough for the pump. We provide a 6 cover cap for the whole when not in use to keep out debris and pest.
